This Non-Disclosure Agreement applies to confidential project materials made available through the client portal and related delivery workflow.
It governs the handling, storage, and permitted use of documents, files, translations, notes, and related project information shared through Zalewski Advisory.
1. Parties and scope
By opening, reviewing, uploading, or downloading project files, the portal user confirms that confidential information received through the Zalewski Advisory portal will be used only for the relevant project purpose.
2. Confidential information
- Confidential information includes documents, translations, source files, meeting notes, personal data, business records, commercial terms, and any material marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential.
- The obligation applies whether the material is shared as a final deliverable, source material, draft, attachment, portal upload, or download.
3. Use restrictions
- Do not disclose confidential information to any third party unless that disclosure is strictly necessary for the project and the third party is bound by an equivalent confidentiality obligation.
- Do not copy, redistribute, forward, publish, screenshot, or store project materials outside an approved workflow except where reasonably necessary for the agreed assignment.
- Access must be limited to the minimum people and systems necessary for the project.
4. Security handling
- Portal files must be handled with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure devices, controlled access, and prompt reporting of suspected compromise.
- If a file is downloaded locally, the recipient remains responsible for storing it securely and preventing unauthorised access.
5. Legal and professional exceptions
Disclosure may be made only where legally required or where expressly authorised in writing by the project owner or by Zalewski Advisory acting within the project workflow.
6. Duration
The confidentiality obligation continues for the duration of the project and after project completion for as long as the information remains confidential.
7. Portal acknowledgement
For portal operations, acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp against the relevant user and workflow context. That acknowledgement allows handling of confidential materials only within the relevant project or enquiry scope.
This website legal pack is a practical operational draft for the current Zalewski Advisory site and portal. It should be updated if the trading entity, registered address, jurisdictions, payment setup, or service model changes.
